  Let’s start with the Positive: a Very Nice Couple of Dentist (husband and wife) both very polite and friendly and located under the Government Offices which is very useful during working hours. Now for the Negative… and I will be nice… I have been a Client since about 5 years now and never but ever the time of my appointments have been respected. Do yourself a favor, get there between 30 and 45 minutes later than your scheduled appointment. No one has ever apologized for being late. My last experience was after paying lots of money for a crown... it came over 14 months after... not 2 or 4 years after... and they glued it back in. Now they are running after me to pay $149 since my insurance will not pay for it. They even want to refer my case to a collection agency… Seriously! That says it all… !!! The last root canal procedure (RTC) I received hurt me so much that I almost passed out and wet myself... and I can take the pain… this was my 4th... something is wrong here. Don't even get me started with the Bleaching for the teeth... NOT worth it at all... they could see the difference but no one in my surrounding could nor me... I guess they have special eyes... There is such a high employee rotation that every time I am greeted by someone else and the assistant are there to learn the trade I believe… I have rarely seen an assistant stay for more than 12 months. I will never go back, there are too many dentists around now that are conveniently opened at night and even on the weekends. One last thing… they have renovated the place and it looks beautiful but NO WIFI… you have 2 beautiful TV’s for you while you are getting your procedures done. One in front of you and one on top of you so when you lay down, you can look at television. I can honestly tell you that during my last root canal, I could not be bothered with the 2 TV’s… the fact is that the dentist and the assistant are watching also the TV’s and commenting on the program!!! Totally unprofessional. It is very unfortunate since they are Nice People and a beautiful place but I will never go back ever and I have spoken with several people and it seems to be the trend.

  Dr. Papadatos is the best dentist in Ottawa. Very intelligent and highly skilled. The whole staff is very comforting and their facility is state of the art. Highly recommend visiting Place De Ville dental/

  In short, this is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever dealt with. They made a verbal payment agreement with me 3 weeks prior to extraction of my wisdom teeth. Two different people confirmed to me that the agreement was in good standing prior to my appointment. When I arived they sat me in the chair, got everthing ready for my surgery, only to send one of their office staff to tell me that the agreement was NOT actually valid and that they would not remove my teeth without payment in full. This is 3 weeks AFTER making an arangement with me, AND confirming it twice. I ended up taking the day off of work for nothing and being sent home still in need of care.

  Friendly and caring staff. Nice atmosphere. Dr. Papadatos is very knowledgable in his field. Highly recommend.
