  Après 5 ppels pour une info re pilule sur tablettes, on me transfert au comptoir prescription, on me met en attente après 1 min communication coupée. 2ieme appel on me réfère à un commis après 1 min d'attente ,ligne coupée 3ieme appel idem pour un commis 4ieme appel au gérant, attente puis ligne coupée 5ieme appel au gérant, attente ,ligne coupee Y a t il un pilote .......chez vous Nicol waddell NB VRAIMENT DÉSOLÉE DE MON ERRREUR ÇA C'EST PASSÉ AU JC BOUL DE L'HÔPITAL PAS CHEZ VOUS

  PJC Greber pharmacist incorrectly calculated my Ventolin dosage and also withheld my asthma medication for over a week because of her error. Another PJC pharmacist made the same mistake with a cancer patient friend of mine and refused his medication for more than 2 weeks! We had to call the hospital to get involved as the man was on his death bed at that point. Last week another PJC pharmacist told me to "manage my finances better" when I couldn't afford their new more expensive medication ($148/puffer). This pharmacist should practice counting correct medication dosages instead of trying to manage the customer's money with a condescending attitude. I was also charged full price by PJC for my medication (still without a refund to date) for over 3 months when I was supposed to be covered by RAMQ. Pharmacist refused to hear me out and kept talking over my voice when I tried to explain the situation. Pharmacist then served me the WRONG MEDICATION on 3 different occasions. This is the worst pharmacy in Gatineau. I would give them NO STARS AT ALL. GROSSLY INCOMPETENT!
