  I did an order online and the order never showed up.. they say they call my phone but I never got a phone call or miss call?? I wrote the buzzer number in the comment box but I guess they did not know how to use it? When I call they was no apology and It was my fault i guess.. no apologies... little bit disappointing I love Pizza Hut but they just lost a costumer..

  Very bad customer service. Will never come back to this place. I went there on March 26 around 8:00 pm and ordered two medium pizza's and the the guy told me it will be ready in 15 mins. I came in 15 mins and he said just 2 more mins and I waited there for at least 15 more mins inside watching hockey match and my family waiting for me in car. Finally that guy came back to front desk and opened front pizza storage to go closet and pulled two pizza's and said ooh it was already ready. I think he was a manager of that place. Woaah what a customer service. Pizza's were cold and do not taste good. If u want to enjoy pizza evening with family don't ever go to this place ever.

  The worst pizza hut I've ever seen. I tried to order a pizza with 3 toppings on one side and 3 toppings on the other side. The person on the phone seemed really confused and when I offered to cancel the order they said ok and hung up. You literally can't get customer service worse than this. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

  Had the lunch special (personal pizza and a pop for 4.29). There is no better deal for lunch...anywhere...would have this everyday if it was close to me. Good thing it's not
