  I engaged the firm for a case that just concluded in Winnipeg, Canada on Thursday 22nd March 2018. Right from the very first day I stepped my foot in their office, I noticed the wonderful manner in which I was treated. My case was handled very professionally and I am quite impressed.   It was my pleasure to have Mr. Paul Hesse as my representative of my immigration case. I was rejected once by Manitoba nominee program before, and at that time I felt only frustration and hopelessness. The second time I had Pual as my lawyer. Under his professsional instruction, everything just went smoothly, even with the repeatly inquiry from the MPNP rewier. 2 Days ago, I submitted my passport, which is the very last step of the PR progress before landing.   Michael Kay- my experience. 2 months to do a simple private one year mortgage, only $320k, everyone else takes 2 weeks. Then the trust company told me at 5 weeks in Michael Kay never sent appraisal to them. I had to do Michael Kay's job for him and send it in. Then after that and another 3 weeks later they finished and charged me $5800! Yes $5800 for a simple one year mortgage, the going rate is $1600 across Canada for this. Even the trust company managing the mortgage told me they had never heard of such a rate, ever. And they do hundreds of these mortgages. I took it to the law society, they felt arbitration was reasonable, but Mr Kay cowardly refused arbitration and now this is going to court. Mr Kay fearing loosing a lawsuit brought by me then threatened my home and business and this can be verified with the Law Society on Michael Kay's professional complaints history. Michael Kay was the lawyer from Pitblado. So I waited 4X longer and paid 4X as much for incompetent service. Michael Kay is actually a partner at Pitblado.

  Solved my problem without even charging me any money, also saved me from another lawyer who was trying to rip me off. I will definitely go to Pitblado next time I need legal help. Strongly recommended!
