  I am just getting back into biking casually after 10 years of not riding and was looking for a nice new bike but definitely not the most expensive bike in the store. I was told by the owner that any bike under $1000 would not be safe to ride! Then he tried to sell me his girlfriend's used bike. He did not listen to anything I said and constantly talked over top of me. Then mid sentence he left the store to go talk to someone in the parking lot. I will not be returning to this store.

  Unreal store, great staff very helpful, amazing stuff and great prices.. Best sporting store around, hands down! Will be going back to do more business!.. Highly recommended to visit.

  What a joke of a bike shop. Terrible service and staff were not at all knowledgable in biking at all. As you enter the store the staff look at you like you just annoyed them. My buddy was looking for a helmet and all their selling features were about the colour of the helmet lol. No other details were provided. Just no passion for the biking world from theses guys. What a shame for a city that has so much mountain biking potential. Would definitely not recommend to anyone serious about biking

  My son Carter is 11 years old and went in to buy a bike. Carter saved for 2 years and knew what he wanted. There was a man that he dealt with, he didnt look at Carter and brush him off, Carter had a million questions and called him a couple of times, and this man was nothing but patient and answered everything. Carter called today and said i have saved 550.00 would you consider taking that much for the bike? He said you come in with your dad and we can talk. Well they sold him the bike for 550.00, and they treated him like a customer and not just an 11 year old kid. I give them 5 stars because of there great quality of bikes, but more so because the way they treat their customers. Thanks Matt!!
