  I would stay here again. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because of 2 things. First was the fact that parking isn't included in the room rate, and second is how much they charge for a pet. Great hotel though

  Great upscale hotel right on the pier. Lonsdale Quay is right next door for lots of good food options. Gym and pool are really nice as well. Waterfront view room is worth the extra $$, but looks like a building is being built that might block the view once completed. Enjoy the view while it lasts!

  There isn't anything to say but this Hotel was Wonderful. Condo's have been built all around the Hotel now so there isn't much of a Harbour view left. You just have to go out the front lobby doors and you can walk around the pier and see the water. Beds were firm, toiletries were Fantastic, the cleaning staff were Extremely pleasant. The Hotel Lounge had Great food and drinks and even nightly entertainment. Would definitely visit again

  Nice and clean place to stay. We stayed at a north facing suite for one night. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The rooms around ours were all occupied but we had no noise issue. The front desk staff were very respectful. The only issue is parking. There is a very tight parking lot available, but for a really high price. I think a hotel should provide free parking for its guests.

  Great place to stay on business trips! The rooms are large and comfortable, well kept, and if you have harbor side have excellent views. Have never had a noisy night here over the years, which means I get a good sleep. The pool is a divided lane pool only, so if you want to get some exercise or burn off frustration it's a good place to go. Hot tub, Sauna, & steam room are what you would expect from a hotel. Be warned that the in-room shower has a full glass wall in it which looks out onto the room. There are blinds, but they are controlled from the room, not the shower, so make sure you trust the person you are with!
