  We had a great shopping experience. The store was clean, the displays were attractively organized, and wonderful customer service. Our sales associate saved us $30! Just make sure that you keep your purses and children tucked in because there is glass everywhere ready to be broken.

  I went there when we first moved to Ottawa and we were able to get a good set of couches and love sets and 3 beds! It was all at a great price and they delivered all the furniture in less than 5 hours it was great! The customer service was nice and the warehouse looked clean.

  I called Pier 1 today to see if they still had Christmas tree skirts and/or tree toppers, and to ask if any were on sale. The sales associate told me about their selection and advised me that they are still full price but that there is a 20% coupon on the website. It was an informative call and the associate was polite. When I visited the store, which was nicely decorated and arranged, I asked Mona, an associate, to point me to their skirts and tree toppers, and she was incredibly helpful. She showed me all their offerings and I ended up buying sprays she recommended, rather than a more traditional topper. And they look beautiful on the three! I also bought a very nice tree skirt, which seemed a bit pricey but it is beautiful and I think it will last a long time. My daughter really likes it, too, which is the main thing from my perspective. The cashier service was also good. When a few people lined up, Mona took charge of one of the cashes to help out another associate and to ensure people were served in a timely way. Based on this experience, I would definitely return to this store, and it would be a pleasure to deal with Mona again. It was a very good experience, mostly because of her good service.
