  Had the most wonderful experience with physiotherapist Yvonne! She treated me with the utmost care and expertise and was able to address my several issues at once. She really impressed me with her cutting edge techniques and is someone that really takes the time to listen to you. The office is ultra modern and clean and the front desk staff are so pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend you book with Yvonne!!

  I have had a great experience at this clinic! Yvonne has been treating my knee pre- and post-op ACL reconstruction and I couldn’t ask for a better physio! She provides such an individualized program and always focuses on strengthening my knee. I am back to competing and am so thankful for her support and genuine care! Yvonne has a great understanding of athletes’ needs! Would highly recommend ☺

  Liz Frey has been amazing working with my daughter's arm. The damage to the arm is extensive. Liz is a great reliever of stress when we are so unsure what course of treatment is best to get the most movement and she throughly shows us what exercises to do at home. Just look at the dictionary's worth of initials by her name and you will know how educated and capable she is. We've tried several therapists and Liz is by far the best. She's incredibly knowledgeable as well as pleasant to work with.

  I've been seeing Liz Frey (physio) and Christine Kapasouris (massage) for more than 2 years now dealing with various sports injuries. The therapists work together as a team in the clinics and between the two of them, they managed to sort out an old shoulder injury for me as well as torn muscles in my arm and tennis/golfers elbow! More recently, after a nasty skiing accident in February, and a misdiagnosis in the fracture clinic, the two of them managed to get me set up with the appropriate specialists, x-rays, scans etc. and get properly diagnosed. I would not be walking very well or at all without them. They have excellent therapy skills, strong diagnostic skills and both are just tremendously fun to be around. I always look forward to going to the clinic and the office staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic. They will get you fixed up and back on the slopes.

  After years of trying to find a good clinic I finally found PhysioPlus (originally at the Bloor West location, and now I go to the downtown location). Over the past 5 years I have been for various injuries and they always get me better in a short period of time. It was finally explained to me (by one of the physiotherapists) that they are all trained as "manual therapists" -- which means they have taken postgraduate courses to become really skilled at what they do. I've recommended them to friends and family and they always thank me! If you are injured go see them... you won't be disappointed!
