  My wife Cheryl and I have been using the PTI gym for years. We like the family atmosphere, we find it excellent value for the money. Both the instructors and the physiotherapists are excellent value

  Excellent excellent therapists, who really care to help and heal. Can’t recommend high enough. The knowledge, expertise, years of experience, and friendly atmosphere is outstanding. Plus their community gym is a bonus, and have drop ins, for those who prefer it. You won’t be disappointed! Yes, you’re very welcome 😊

  I have enjoyed lifting weights at PTI for the past two years. It is a great gym and the ALL the staff have always been and continue to be extremely helpful and supportive. I have seen people recover from injuries and get back in shape over these past two years and it is because the staff are well trained and genuinely care about what they are doing. I heartily recommend PTI to anyone who wants to regain their shape, health or get physical therapy for any sort of injury or age-related condition. Well done Pam and everyone!!! Thank you!!   I've visited physiotherapists Matt and Phil for different issues and have received excellent care and exercise/stretching recommendations for continued at home recovery every time. I've also seen Tonya for massage therapy and it was also of great benefit. I'd highly recommend PTI for physio and massage.
