  I've been a customer here for about a year & a half. The quality is good & the prices are decent, however the last 3 times I have made appointments they asked me to wait 30-45 minutes. Normally I am very understanding. You never know when things are going to get busy & sometimes people make mistakes double booking. However, three times in a row is no coincidence. I moved to the other side of the city & drove 40 minutes out of my way to come to this salon. Very unprofessional in my opinion.. The least they could do is call ahead of time to let you know they were falling behind. No point in booking an appointment if you'll have to wait anyways.

  I've been coming here for a couple years now and I absolutely love this place. The ladies are so sweet and I feel so at home and relaxed in this spa. Lucy always has the interest of the customer in mind. If your treatment doesn't work out for you she will find a solution. Thank you for pampering me ladies!! See you in a couple of weeks. Jocelyn.

  Pauline is absolutely amazing at doing nails. She is very gentle at cuticle removal which is typically painful for me. She is also meticulous with polish application! Lucy, the owner, is great at lash application. She is talented and very quick. Love this spa!

  I have been coming to this salon for almost 9 months, and highly recommend it. I always book at the last minute for all my services and they can always accomodate my schedule. The staff is very skilled at what they do and they keep the salon very clean!

  I get my nails and brows done here whenever I get the chance to go back to Calgary because, let me tell you, Lucy is the only person who knows how to shape my brows the way I like them, and they also do a great job with gel nails. For whatever reason my nail polish always chip after a couple of days, but the shellac nails I get here last a really long time. I also love the facials the Westbrook location provides. When I go in for a facial, not only do they use awesome products (GM Collin), but they always make an effort to explain what each product does, and suggest products that would help with my particular skin issues. I used to have really large pores and Lucy was able to provide me with a number of skin care products that closed up those awful, often dirt filled pores on the top of my nose. My skin has never looked better! Although this is not the most fancy spa in Calgary, I definitely do think it provides great services for the price point . Specifically, the facials (and products used) are just as good as the $300+ facial I've gotten at high end US spas.
