  I come inside with my dog and I was told by staff asking me if I liked moose lambs. Do they sell mooselamb accessories? Where I can find and who do I talk to? I want one now.

  We've purchased Guinea pigs from this location. which is a ways away from our home. Super cute fellas, but unfortunately one had an eye infection by the time we got home, obviously we and the staff missed it at the store while picking them. So we called and they were okay to have the one replaced which we did. 1hr 20min later, in the house with a new one. Than the second original guinea pig also ended up having an eye infection within a couple days of having him. So again, made a phone call and we have 15 days to exchange him. No issues there, the problem is the drive and the attitude from the staff. We asked if they were all the same and if the cages were being cleaned regularly. We were told that their guinea pigs are fine, "which is an obvious lie", and that it was OUR environment that was the problem. Uh !!! I don't think so lady, we've already cleaned the cage after a couple days of having them and not to mention we already exchanged one within a few hours of getting them. Word to the wise, don't ever say that to a customer, especially after already having exchanged one immediately after realizing the problem on arrival. Something isn't right and the response should of been : I'm sorry we will definitely look into the situation and in the meantime we can either 1. Replace him .... 2. Would you like a vet recommendation , since maybe your kids got attached to them already. Remember when the customer is always right or maybe I'm just too old now... Sheesh!

  This place is huge and has a great selection of items. There are live animals ready for adopting at this location too and they look well cared for which is something that I care about a lot. There's lots of parking as well. The staff is always friendly and ready to help and the best part: everyone brings their dogs with them and it's wonderful. 10/10

  We bought a citronella collar and a few months later the spray eventually ate away at the stop and the spraying wasn't functional anymore. We were originally told that they could replace it after 6 months. When we returned with our receipt, we went to a different location and were treated rudely and like we were idiots because there was a miscommunication about the return policy. Regardless there was a product that only worked for 2 months that we simply wanted replaced. The manager of that location told us to go back to our original location because they couldn't do it. We arrived at the original store and got the same attitude from the manager. We were nice enough about the situation and just wanted a replacement for a collar, but instead were treated like an inconvenience and felt they didn't want to help us at all. There are quite a few people in each staff that we have dealt with before that are lovely, but as far as management goes in those 2 stores, I feel there needs to be more consideration and understanding in all situations and was not impressed at all. It's customer service. Lead with the customer and you'll never have a bad review.

  The dog trainer at this location is amazing!! Clear guidance and teaching methods are used to ensure the best bang for your bucks! The store itself is clean and organized but they don’t carry as much variety as the big store in Gloucester. Prices are comparable to other stores selling pet supplies.
