  Took my big fella in for his first grooming with Sam G. and she was awesome! I had been in the store previously and watched her grooming a golden and I could see that the Golden was in heaven with her and that she was actually loving what she was doing. Thank you Sam and team, Bob sure felt the love today.

  We went for a beta fish and some decorations. Nicely organized store, great staff, but hardly any animals 🙁 my kids missed seeing pets available.

  Horrible customer service! I paid for a cat laser that they never put in the bag. Sadly, when I unpacked the bag an hour after getting home I noticed. When I phoned in to ask if they had it at the cash still, they informed me that they did not and since there was no way to prove that I did not get it, they would do nothing for me. I am not upset that I lost a $5 laser, I am upset that you do not value me enough as a customer to spend $5 to keep me shopping at your store. I am upset that I bought something I never received. I am never going back here and will shop at Pet Value from now on. Every time I go into Pet Value they call my dog by name and make me feel like a valued customer no matter how much money I spend.

  We take our Poodle JD here for his grooming. I often get clips that require a lot of skill. Today Rachel gave him a Sweetheart clip. Amazing clip. Amazing Job Rachel! We've also had Tyler and he did great work too!

  We had Sam G. for my puppies first grooming sessions. She was amazing! Super friendly and so patient with him! She's a rockstar!
