  I dont normally review anything. So I order some fish and it takes 2 weeks to get them. Im fine with that. They say show up April 6th to get them. I call at 10 am and they say they're sold. I asked how that is possible. They said because people wanted them. Disappointed

  Very nice and well organized store. They have huge selection of pets. However, the website is kind of sucks.

  Terrible customer service. Stood around waiting to talk to someone for 45 minutes before I was aknowledged, then was told I needed someone from another department. 10 minutes later I was approached and told the product I was looking for was not stocked at this location. You would think the first person would have been able to tell me. Prices are inflated as well, I am now a customer of Pet Valu.

  Price of everything maybe a little more then others in the city. But the friendly staff makes up for everything , GREAT place to shop at for your pets. Ill always get my stuff from you guys, and maybe a little online if i am not in a rush lol! Keep up the good work!

  Over priced but good cheap to $$ treats and my dog can come in.
