  VERY RUDE manager, would not accept a $3.00 manufacturer coupon after the fact even with detailed receipt in hand. He wanted me to drive back home,get the bag, return it, then re-buy the bag and I would save my $3.00. So much work for a measly $3.00. Is it coming out of his pocket? Customers are your lifeline, you should be nicer to customers or they will NEVER return to buy retail product from a retail establishment. Customer is always right.

  The staff are fairly knowledgeable and the selection is great. However the animals, specifically the fish, could certainly use better care.

  Love the grooming salon and I find all the staff friendly and helpful. They also keep brands not found in other stores. Highly recommend.

  Pet valu raised the price on their pet rats to $20 plus tax.... All this is doing is creating a black market for breeding and selling rats . More and more people are going to breed rats on their own now thanks to the price change . I know that the price change was a result of people feeding rats to reptiles but it doesn't matter how high you raise the price people will find a way to feed their reptiles .I myself do not own any reptiles I have two pet rats both female and I love them so much .
