  Good store and great staff! They seem to actively enjoy being part of the pet community they support! And the Pet Bathing facilities are really well done.

  Did not have what I needed after visiting several times. Very small location. Owner was helpful.

  This was my second time going to this location and the same older lady was behind the counter. No greeting the first time, none the second time either. Made my purchase and she said nothing, not even thank you or goodbye, same as before. Seeing as how this was the second time with the exact same poor service I asked for an immediate refund. They don’t deserve my money if they don’t appreciate my business. I’ll go out of my way to go to the Don Mills and Lawrence location or Ren’s for that matter. This location lost a customer for good.
