  I went to this garage for a Drive clean test and my engine light was on. In my experience to date, most garages I used in the past did the test while knowing that it will fail. Performance Auto Care did an initial diagnostic and confirmed that there may be an issue. They cleared the warning and asked me to drive the car two days and if it is still on, it will need to be repaired. I followed their instruction and the warning (engine light on) did not appear again. What I would like to tell (with sharing this experience) is that Performance Care is a very honest garage. My experience was very good and I will use again their services for my future Drive clean tests.

  My experience with Performance Auto Care was nothing less than spectacular. The level of service for even the smallest of issues was exemplary. Their prices are fair and they go out of their way to make sure every experience with them is always a positive one. Would and continue to recommend Performance Auto Care to everyone.

  I can't be happier with my trip to Performace Auto! After looking around every used car lot in Ottawa to find the only cars in my price range being junk, we finally stumbled across Performace Auto through sheer good luck. We explained our needs and our budget to Ali and he did his very best to help us find the perfect car. After test driving a selection of cars we finally found the one we wanted. The car needed a little bit of work before we could take it home, and Ali and his team took care of this, kept us updated and even let us borrow a car in the mean time. After picking up the car, we packed it FULL of luggage and we drove it all the way to BC, roughly 3000km! It couldn't have been any better, great on fuel, comfortable but most of all reliable. The service we got was unbelievable, I'm very wary of used car salesman but Ali really was an honest family man doing us a a BIG favour and helping is out a lot! Thank you so much Ali and the team I will highly recommend you to anyone that needs a new car! If Chantal crashes again, we will be back! Sending our thanks from BC, Ben and Chantal x

  I have had my car detailed at Performance Auto at least once a year since 2010 when I moved into the area. I will never go anywhere else as they do the best work of anyone and their attention to detail always makes my car look like it is brand new. Truly first-rate people and service and definitely worth a visit!
