  I bought a washer Oct. 2, and they gave me a good deal. The washer had issues 2 weeks later and I called the owner who came within the time frame he said he would and fixed the washer. I was also given some good advice to keep my loads a little lighter. Thank you for your service. I appreciated it, and I will recommend you to others.

  Very unprofessional, these people are what crooks stand for. My 30 day warranty was up 3 days and of course my machine breaks down. I call him thinking we can make a deal and we do agree to something over the phone. This was a different story in person charged me for a service call at $49, 1/2 hour labour( when it took 16 minutes from the time he walked in the house) $49 and then the cost of the part. He kept interrupting me by answering phone calls as I was asking questions and said just hurry up and pay me I have other customers waiting. To say the least not impressed and will NEVER support these crooks again.

  This place is one EVERYONE should steer clear of. Proof everywhere of how dirty their tactics are. This business posts on Kijiji, uses multiple phone numbers to make viewers of the website, think different people or businesses are selling used appliances as well as many other things. Find just one item you might be interested in on Kijiji and then easily enough find the same item by the same seller BUT using a different phone number. I found out about this sort of thing many years ago when the person was advertising items on the now defunct Buy & Sell. More recently though I spotted a Jabra Headset for sale. Saw the seller's number and then searched for the same words in the title, A second ad showed up, posted a day after the first one, same price of course but a different phone number. ALL numbers and ads always lead back to Peoples Choice and in case you don't know this, the business has a habit of scouring ads, lowballing private sellers, they have "runners" that also do their dirty deeds for them and also have multiple cell phone numbers; soon enough when as the seller you get ground down enough, you probably just want to see the thing you're posting, gone. These "runners" are good at lowballing, Peoples Choice WILL soon have your once listed item for sale, on their own set of items and hey, this one business alone has over 500 ads of various things so what, you think that private sellers just have over 500 things kicking around and decided to post them for the last few years? This same seller lists "fire pits" for sale and even though the ads get multiples of hits/views, few people fall for it. The "fire pits" are actually drums or liners from washers or dryers. The "grills" are racks from stoves or fridges. Be careful about any appliances you happen to be suckered into buying from there, the prices are often inflated, many appliances have swapped-out parts (they are an appliance place after all), age of anything you are thinking of buying, is quite questionable and you should just take your chances on buying from a private person elsewhere since with Peoples Choice's stuff, you're paying close to new and getting junk. P.S. where do you think the place gets all those appliances from anyway? They're obviously used and since they don't sell new and take trade-ins, they're scoping out ads and then proceeding to ripoff unsuspecting folks who are probably on a pretty tight budget as it is...........
