  I have tried almost all the services here, but have only stuck with massage. The online booking system makes it easy to book and coordinate appointments. Although I have had a bit of frustration with the billing/booking process with the front desk, they seem to have sorted it out with new staff.

  Great massage therapy and acupuncture that helped me during my pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. Kendra (Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture) was instrumental in helping me avoid induction and have a natural delivery. She even came in on a her day off to give me a treatment! Super support from a great team. I would highly recommend.

  I have seen Christine Mac for multiple knee injuries in the last couple years and can not say enough about the treatment and rehab she provides. Her treatments had me back competing at my best in no time. Christine is very knowledgable and makes each treatment session enjoyable. She will be my go to for any future injuries. Great clinic and staff, I can not recommend Christine enough!

  Went in to see Dr. Riley after having some pain in my hip/groin after having my GP rule out a hernia. Dr. Riley was able to quickly identify the issue, worked through some treatments in the clinic, and gave me some stretches and exercises to do at home. If you're willing to put in the effort, I have no doubt that you can get the right help from Peak Health.

  I have been getting regular treatments at Peak for the last 3 and a half years. I have seen Jess for massage, Christine for Physio, and Kendra for acupuncture. They are all amazing and highly recommended. Everyone at the clinic is warm and welcoming, it had always been pleasant. I highly recommend Peak for any type of treatment you may need and will continue my monthly appointments with the amazing practiontioners.
