  Went to Train Yard location today. Very friendly lady helped me pick out a pair of hiking boots. I am happy with my purchase.

  HI, last friday, I went to payless in orleans. They did not have a pair of shoes that I wanted in store. The lady suggested that I go to the one in Trainyards which I did. I purchased the pair of shoes. The plastic tag( the one that sets the alarm) was left on the shoe. It did not trigger the alarm on my way out. I went back to the store in Orleans to be told that they don't have what's necessary to remove it and that this happened to other clients. This is frustrating that I will have to go again at the trainyards location which is further away from my house to have this thing remove.
