  Directions: head towards the food court on the first floor of 200 Promenade du Portage, then go up the escalator one floor, then follow the signs to the passport office. Excellent service. In and out in 12 minutes and was able to leave with my old passport 👍

  Fast, friendly, amazing. I went at 9:30am and there was no wait. I just walked up, and submitted my application. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

  Speedy service, generally quiet. Don't waste your time waiting in enormous lines on the Ottawa side.
