  The lady was very helpful when I order a Balloon Bouquet and extremely professional and accommodating when I called to change the time; not once but twice. Thank you, Party City!!

  I am always impressed with the selection for my kids parties and events. The only minor complaint is that I find it very difficult to get help in the store. There is rarely anyone in the store to help, other than those at the cash and balloon counters, and they are often way too busy to assist with something within the store.

  With being the only party store, and the busy season approaching hiring for seasonal should really start earlier. The lines are way too long, and too much for one cashier to handle. If you have backup cashiers they should be called when you have 3 or more customers. Other then that, the different themes they have for children are very cute and current.
