  Being a past owner of Audi, Lexus and Maserati cars, I was still blown away by the stellar experience at Park Shore BMW.   I would like to comment that James Young, at Park Shore BMW, gave me the best service I've ever experienced buying a car. As I like cars, I've bought at least 8 new ones at dealerships in Vancouver over the years, including Audi, Lexus, Lincoln and Mercedes. Every meeting and conversation with James was professional and very helpful. He has in depth knowledge of the product, and he went out of his way to find the specific car and features that I wanted. On this purchase, I had a special request for the delivery process and James delivered the car exactly as I requested. A real pleasure to work with him, and I will refer friends to James.
