  Initially I emailed him on a Monday about a record costing $15.67 usd under the listing as paradisebound on discogs and after not receiving a reply I called the business on Wednesday. The gentleman said it was funny because just as I called he claimed he was just pressing the 'send' button. So I reiterated what I emailed him about 2 days prior and it seemed as if we reached a deal as he said for me just to reply to his email and pay the invoice. We talked prices, shipping, and it seemed as we hung up the phone the understanding was that we reached a deal. Well I get an email from somebody named "Jay Wyze", and he starts quoting me different prices and different shipping rates coming from the same record but these rates are from another seller called ''4evermybeat''. So I called up this dude again and asked him why is he switching up prices, and if he was the same person we spoke to on the phone. He says yes we did speak on the phone but when I kept asking him why is he switching up prices, he became dismissive "do you have any more questions" and "huh? I can't hear you". When I asked him was he mr. Wyze he says '' all you need to know is that I am paradisebound". When I asked him did he receive any of my reply emails, he got smart and popped an attitude "I'm not hardwired into the computer'' so we all know what happened from there. So it turns out the different prices he quoted me was from a completely different listing/ seller (4evermybeat), and I looked and seen that the seller had taken down the listing for the price he quoted me on but not the listing I had asked about. And I called the number for the initial listing I emailed him about (paradisebound). The other listings (4evermybeat) he quoted don't have phone numbers. So this is one guy, posing as 2 sellers (paradisebound and 4evermybeat), trying to scheme people and be dishonest. Paradisebound and 4evermybeat on discogs are the same person with jaywyze at hotmail dot com as the reply address, but he will get either email you send whether its to paradisebound email address or email address for 4evermybeat. I totally understand why he started being disrespectful because I was pulling back that veil to expose his sneaky dishonest ways and he didn't like that. Yea so the only way you'll act like that is if your dishonest, there's really no other way to put it. And I expect more lies in the business response when he replies to this review. He will try to justify and rationalize but the very fact that he will try to fight this just goes to show you what type of person he is. So glad I went through that, essentially so I know who not to deal with if I ever come across these two businesses or anything they sell in the future. Horrible business, and a terrible person.Update**04/27/18**So the business has responded with "I did the best I could, sorry it didn't work out for you''. Bro it worked out just fine for me. I would of rathered it worked out this way because now I know what shady seedy sellers not to deal with from here on out. Let's air em out. Get em out the way. Don't need you muddyin up the market bro. You're not the only person with that record thank God. So actually it didn't work out for you more-so because you lost out on a sale by being dishonest and disrespectful. Bruh..........If you call that your best you need to check yourself. Who deals with people trying to pose as 2 different sellers? Not me? I don't know what planet this business owner is from. Maybe now you'll think twice before you try to catfish somebody and think u sneaky about it. And I tried to call this man and talk business with him but he just couldn't help it, the disrespect eventually found a way to get through. Not today buddy. See ya.

  This dude knows his shiznits... Really solud guy with wealth of knowledge and has good selection of funk, fusion, soul, boogie, jazz rarities etc

  One of the best record shops I've ever been to. Pricing is fair, and Coyote is incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much every item that comes in there. The selection of art is equally as phenomenal, and is well curated (a term that gets applied excessively nowadays). Go. Buy some records.

  Super boutique ! Si vous aimez l'art japonais et les vinyles alors oui cette boutique est faite pour vous. Ayant vécue au Japon j'ai pu sympathiser avec le vendeur qui parle couramment japonais, donc très utiles pour les clients japonais qui souhaitent des renseignements ou conseils précis. Fan d'eurodance et de musique électronique des années 90's j'ai pu trouver mon bonheur en cherchant sous les présentoirs. Seul bémol, pas assez de musique électronique 90's a mon goût mais c'est déjà mieux que rien pour une boutique de cette superficie ( petite ) et beaucoup mieux que Sonic Boom ( grande ) en terme de choix .

  This store is everything a record shop should be. The selection and price is unmatched. I went in for one record and walked out with three. I was so happy with my purchases and was so impressed with the knowledgeable staff. In my humble opinion this is the BEST place in Toronto for any type of record. This is now my go to place. I can’t wait to go back.
