  Just wasted $30, and I didn’t get my dipping sacue which is fine. But the pizza.... is the worst pizzas I have had my entire life.

  One of the best places in FortMc to have pizza. Pizza is always delicious. One of the facilities that Papa John's Pizza of FortMcMurray provides is there amazing customer service. My experience is with Brandon, very nice guy, always knows my order and throws in extra peppers free of charge. Papa John's is present in every city, but FortMcMurray branch has the best customer service

  My wife and kids are mad pizza lovers and we have tried every place in town. In our opinion, Papa johns is the best place in the MAC in the terms of food quality and customer service. Would like to share my experience with a local pizza place vs PAPA JOHNS. Local pizza place: Driver( on the phone) : your pizza is outside. Please hurry. I have more deliveries. I go down and find out he doesnt have a debit machine and he had the audacity of getting mad at me for not carrying cash. To add to that, pizza was half cooked and cold. Ordering online from papa johns: Driver: hi, this is rag from papa johns, how is it going? Me: not bad at all buddy, you? Driver: pretty good sir. I see that you are ordering from an apartment, is there a buzzer number or should i wait for you downstairs. Me: its not setup yet. Call me when you are here and i will come meet you downstairs. Driver: no problem sir, i will be there in less than a minute, thanks The food was delivered in 28 minutes. It was hot and delicious. My kids just love Papa johns. The driver also told me about the 50% promotion week they were having which we had no idea about. Really happy to finally find good quality food and good customer service in this town. This place is higly recommended

  Delivery is fast! Staff is friendly! Beats all the franchises in Fort McMurray for taste....

  Excellent pizza and good costumer service! I wanna tell the lady who was complaining about the wrong order.. it is so normal for a new business to give you wrong order for that reason, you should give these honest working guys a break.. their pizza is excellent thanks
