  Terrible service . I felt pretty left out seeing how "certain" customers were prioritized by "certain" workers. Decided just to leave the store at the end and never coming back to this location.

  Never in my life have I had a worse customer experience than I have at the Pandora Eaton Centre location. I waited in line for 40 minutes just to be refused service because I wasn't intending to buy on the spot (I wanted to get my size because my mom wanted to buy me a bracelet as a present). They wouldn't help me unless I could guarantee my mom would come back to the store to buy it. The manager told me verbatim, "you're wasting everyone's time otherwise". Needless to say I will never be shopping here. To be honest I don't want anything to do with Pandora anymore if this is how they treat their customers. If you're looking for Pandora products, stay far away from this location.

  Worst service ever, needed some suggestions while the associate Nalini was absolutely useless. Stood there watching over me.. I picked items that I liked and asked her to get me new ones from the back but she argued that these are new while they looked worn as a tester.. and at the end she asked me to wear them while I'm obviously buying it for someone else.. what kind of service is there? Like I'm spending over $200 at your store the least you could do is your job properly.

  Awesome experience today with the sales professional Lisa - who really listened to what my husband and I wanted to create and helped bring those visions to reality. She dealt with us both very professionally and efficiently. My only complaint would be having to stand the whole time when we were doing an extensive transaction.
