  I can't seem to stop buying cars from Pacific Honda! 2 cars in 2 years and every time the service, efficiency, and satisfaction gets better! Mikhail and Justin are the best in the business! Going there doesn't feel like a dealership, it feels like visiting friends who happen to deliver top notch peace of mind especially with the Smart Purchase program on their pre owned inventory. No point going anywhere else!!

  I have a fairly short review but I bought a used car and had a very positive experience at Pacific Honda. Leonard was my product advisor and he always took his time to answer my questions. He was very friendly and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Would recommend dropping by if you're interested in a Honda or any used car for that matter. As long as they have it available!

  My saleswoman Kimberly was fantastic. She knew the product well and wasn’t pushy. Pacific Honda have a fair price and they seem to thoroughly inspect their vehicles. I was very happy with my purchase at pacific Honda and would recommended them to a friend. Ask for Kimberly!

  A sales call created the visit, I knew it was overdue but, being an old (2000) van of low value, I limit my costs. We booked some service work and I asked to look at other items. I authorized new work (brakes fluids etc). The work was done quickly and Tom clearly communicated the costs. He also followed up a few times by phone. When done it was $1100 but I felt it was well spent. The service was excellent and all my experiences at Pacific Honda have been excellent. I ceased going to private garages a few years back as I think your price is the same and you know how to service Honda's. Pleased I guess you could say. Never felt I was upsold.

  I bought my first car at Pacific Honda 3 years ago and it was a very positive experience. When I was looking for my current car, I was glad Pacific Honda has it and was able to purchase it there again. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. If I was waiting around, they asked if anyone was helping me. They make it a point to take care of their customers well, which I really noticed and appreciated. They provide great service, so dealing with them is a pleasant experience. I hope to purchase as many of my future cars there as possible and would refer them to anyone looking for Honda’s! Great job and keep up the excellent work, Pacific Honda!
