  Huge location, lots of material, good areas to study and work. Silent, clean and the staff is very helpful. Impressive! They also have a nice book store in the basement with affordable books.

  Very bad location. I went there to study when I was in school, and it was a big mistake. Homeless people all over the library and a constant stream of homeless people coming in and out of the washrooms. It's more of a drop in centre than a library. Some guys were watching porn, and in a public library. How is this even allowed? They City of Ottawa should wake up and realize this particular location is attracting a lot of people abusing the internet privileges and homeless people treating it as a drop in centre. Security should really crack down on people coming to this particular library location and abusing the policies. People come here to study and to get assignments done. They shouldn't have to deal with other people looking at porn and ruining the quiet environment.

  Lovely place. Perfect for studying, working, relaxing or reading books. It's a quiet library. Very respectful. You can eat and have soft drinks while you work. The staff is incredibly nice.

  Great selection of books and the staff are very friendly. The place will probably deserve a 5 star rating once the eventual new building will have been completely renovated.

  I really like this library. My first time on Saturday. It's big and spacious and lots of places to sit. Many computers to choose from. I did find a lot of homeless looking people out front hanging around or waiting to go in but seemed harmless. Staff was friendly and helpful, same with the visitor's there.
