  I dealt with Chase out of Toronto and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. He helped me get into a mortgage that better fit my needs, and considering I ended up selling before the term was up, saved me tons of money in the long run. I have known Chase for a long time and would recommend him to friends and family for any mortgage questions.   This is the first review I have ever written for a company and I am only doing this as I want people to know how great Chase Belair is. I called him and asked him some questions, informing him that I was just looking for confirmation information and advice as I was already dealing with another broker and with my bank's mortgage advisor. After providing some very valuable advice on the different options, he gave up an opportunity for commission by recommending I go with the bank's offer. Only a very honest person who cares for those they deal with would do such a thing. I will definitely be going back to Chase in the future and would highly recommend him to everyone. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it to him.
