  A Street Car Named Desire is presented by students in the Algonquin College Dramatic Arts program. Solid performances are given by the cast for the primary and secondary characters in this classic play. A simple yet effective set design supports the period this production depicts. Overall a good performance is delivered by the cast. Congratulations!

  The Ottawa little theatre is a nice intimate place. The play I experienced was "An inspector calls". It was wonderful and left me wanting more. The hall itself however could use better air ventilation. The audience on the night I attended was very geriatric. Despite unwanted odors where I was seated I would return again for another show. The actors were great and easy to listen to.

  Ive been performing there every few years, and the staff is wonderful. I just wish everybody got paid. Its a volunteer organization but from what i understand they have people on payroll, so why not pay the actors and crew members? I just wish they did because then id be acting there more often.

  Ottawa Little Theater looks great and offers some truly interesting shows. Prices are reasonable, service is solid and staff is very helpful. Seats are cozy and spacious and offer great views. I've attended an excellent Peter Pan & Wendy presentation and I will surely be coming back shortly.

  A family affair. We have begun a family tradition of enjoying a play here for the last two Christmas holiday seasons. Grandparents, parents, and two boys, now 12 and 9. We all have a fabulous time. We look forward to the ice cream at intermission 😊, but the real entertainment is the play, of course! This year we were able to see a great rendition of Peter Pan and Wendy (a slight spin on the original Peter Pan). Fantastic show, and Wendy was especially remarkable. The seating at the theatre has been refurbished over the last year, and is now more spacious, and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, and always willing to assist. There is a coat check on premises, with refreshments upstairs. Non-alcoholic and alcohol drinks. It is limited in selection, but plenty for an enjoyable night out. Restrooms on site as well. Parking, you can park right beside the theater in the Ottawa University underground parking, but it comes with your typical small downtown parking aroma, of you know what I mean. There is outdoor parking behind the building, very handy, and covered parking just a four minute walk to the East. Hope you enjoy it here as much as we have, and will continue to! Cheers, Jay
