  Their repair services are quick and well-priced. But they'll sell you an out-of-date piece of garbage if you let them. Fix here, buy elsewhere.

  Would not recommend, very unprofessional In treating customers. The owner essentially talks down to anyone who attempts to have a discussion with him regarding the very expensive service you pay for. I came here in the beginning of December to fix my MacBook after a liquid spill. The technician, Dimitri, informed me that I needed a replacement motherboard and a keyboard replacement which cost me $678 dollars that I paid in full, upfront. The keyboard became extremely slow and half of it stopped functioning all together. So I took it back to the store this week to figure out why that was the case and what the issue was. The same technician informed me that the issue was with the keyboard. He then refused to fix it for me unless I pay again to replace the very same keyboard that I had paid more than $200 dollars for. I refused to do so and brought my laptop from the store. My laptop has now stopped turning on completely after i left it in the store for a diagnostic. Unless you want to get your computer half fixed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially students like myself who rely heavily on the functioning of their laptop. I certainly don't recommend leaving your computer there if you decide to not fix it. Incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to accept that the initial service I paid for was not done properly causing me to have to repay again for replacing my keyboard because he couldn't do his job to begin with.

  Went in to see if a laptop would power up as i got from a friend with no charger and the person at the counter was like , this is broken this is missing blah blah blah. No duh god damn it dont tell me what parts/services i need when all i asked was does this power on

  My Dell Studio 17" laptop monitor would keep shutting down. They opened and cleaned the machine and replaced the cooling block fluid. They showed me pictures of before and after. It now works like a charm. They also explained to me how to care for it properly to avoid the problem in the first place. 160$ may seem a lot but this machine works super well so I did want to save it. I have also bought a refurbished small laptop for travelling purposes only. Satisfied. I intend to bring them my terabyte drive that died to see if they can recover the data.
