::Not exactly sure what the deal with this flower shop is.... Maybe they do really great business with flower delivery? The store itself is pretty empty, the prices aren't amazing; they even have dead and molding plants in the window. Definitely not a store that is looking to attract customers.

::Everything is incredibly overpriced. I am always frustrated with the lack of service here but the last straw was last night. I recognized the owners while at the checkout at value village buying boxes full of pots and glassware which explains the random nature and dusty of their wares. So they buy used and just hike up the price. I don't know how they stay open. I've gone in there multiple times over the last year or two hoping to find something for a reasonable price and always leave disappointed and frustrated at the lack of customer service. Usually nobody is around when you walk in and there are no prices on anything so you have to ask. I wish Ottawa had a reasonable flower shop. Your best bet is still getting lucky at supermarkets or Rona etc type garden centres.

::SAME DAY DELIVERY!! My cousin got married yesterday. I couldn't make it, and felt bad. My friend suggested on Saturday morning that I send flowers, and I thought it was a great idea. I called Kennedy, gave them my mom's phone number and paid through my credit card on the phone. I don't know much about flowers, so I just told them my budget and said "wedding colours". They delivered the flowers right on time, the bouquet was big, beautiful, and i got much more than I expected for what they charged me. The bride was thrilled and all is well with the new couple. Thank you so much to all the people at Kennedy. You've made a lot of people very happy. I wish you all the best of luck and success. Aaron
