  Great service! Just recently taken my cat to their mobile clinic and they did a great job. My cat was scared going in but once in the arms of a nice vet, she settled right down. They are always kind to animals and anyone who comes in.

  Friendly staff. Bright spaces and open design felt modern and inviting. The pets looked healthy and were very affectionate. Undoubtedly a reflection of the care and compassion they receive

  Caring Staff Who Put Animal Welfare First Whenever I get service to my car at the Nissan dealership, I walk over and look at all the animals. Yesterday was different, I found a shelter dog that we can really help who will be a great fit with our lives. The staff spent time talking with me about her special needs. It is always an upbeat environment there. They care deeply about the animals and give terrific education to the public.

  The Ottawa Humane Society offers more than just rescue and shelter for our animal friends. They offer training sessions for your dog as well! I'm more than happy with this establishment.

  I had my cat spayed at their mobile spay/neuter clinic. I was really surprised by their professionalism and care for everyone's pets. Pick-up at the end of the day can be a little long if you're at the end of the list (same with drop-off). Excellent service and very reassuring to know your pet is in good hands.
