  I went there to apply to finish my basement and Natalie was really helpful and kind. And also really fast there. I spent more time parking than to be there.

  The Ottawa city hall is a nice building and it is possible to go through it all days of the week. It is a good location to vote for elections and has many services such as a service Ontario location and vaccination clinics during flu season. Nice art to view inside!

  Good place for parking in the downtown area, quick lunch and an outdoor walk around. The salad rolls, in the cafeteria, are on the expensive side though: $5.99 + hst for 2 rolls. You can get more than 2 rolls for that price in a full-served restaurant.

  Place is a joke. Went inside to look for parking. Got trapped by parking gate no warning place cost money to park? Then you need a credit card to leave which I don't have. One thing's for sure seeing how much money they wasted building that place and how useless it is. I would question paying taxes ever again.

  You won't see this amazing mechanical dragon in front of City Hall any longer. She was only there for a few days during Canada 150. The building itself, however, is still there! It's a GREAT place to park after 6 pm as it only costs $2.00. A short walk from there to the NAC, so if the weather is fine park there instead!
