  My massage therapist recommended that I see her chiropractor after finding that my ribs were always tight. Dr. Zielonka has adjusted me now for the past 4 weeks and I am doing much better. It was nice to see such professional cooperation.

  I was involved in a serious car accident 3 years ago. Since then I have had what they said was a class 2 whiplash. My family doctor kept telling me I should be better and long term massage and physio only provided temporary relief. That’s when a friend finally convinced me to see Dr. Zielonka at the Ottawa Chiropractic & Natural Health Centre. He performed tests that no one else did and uncovered things that no one else found. I am finally making my way back to my old self. Thank-you Dr. Z and thank-you William for referring me.

  Unlike many of the other reviews here that talk about fixing headaches and back pain I first met Dr. Zielonka when he was presenting a lecture on vitamins at the health and wellness expo here in Ottawa. After the lecture I spoke to him at length and was taken aback at how knowledgeable and down to earth he was. He was able to answer questions that none of my other doctors could. I then read his book The Science of Vitamins and since then have been following all of his advice. I am off both my stain medication and blood pressure pills and I feel the best I have in 10 years. Thank-you for sharing your knowledge Dr. Z. I feel blessed to have met you.

  Dr. Z and his amazing team are a very important part of my health care. Whether for regular health and wellness maintenance, or for a specific injury or medical issue, Dr. Z is my first call no matter what.   You walk in and immediately feel as part of the family. I have been going to Dr Z for many many years and I would not be doing the things I am doing at my age if it wasn’t for him either helping me through an injury or just keeping the body aligned. He and his staff are professional, friendly, sympathetic and supportive. They are the best.
