  Chao was the first person I tried acupuncture with and I was really pleased. I had a lingering back injury that she helped me make huge strides toward fixing and I always come out of a session feeling much better. I'm very content with her being who I go to.

  I came to Ottawa Acupuncture TCM Wellness to help me induce labour in my 38th week of pregnancy - I was ready to give birth and wanted to try something natural. Chao was great! She spent lots of time with me during her free consult to learn about my medical history and we figured out a treatment plan together. During the first treatment, I felt powerful contractions as soon as the needles were in and a few days after my second treatment I was at the hospital giving birth!
