  Bought a computer. Day 1: A bunch of issues with the "mint" computer I bought. The GPU was overheating, Windows Update was failing (probably because the version of Windows was pirated), and the computer was dirty. Day 2: Really nice service. They gave me water while they "looked" at the computer. I told them it was the GPU overheating, but they denied. They then later came out and said the GPU was overheating (like I said) and replaced the GPU. When we came home with the PC I found out it was using a GPU from 2009! I paid way to much for that! It was also running slower in games after that. Also not helping, the GPU was so old that there was no drivers on Catalyst, so I couldn't adjust the picture. We paid to much for a crappy computer. $420 down the drain. Day 3: Not really day 3; they won't answer me. The computer only lasts for 15 seconds before the GPU gives up. I've called them today and they said they'd refund me. No refund for shipping or all the bus trips across the city. I've spent a total of $500 for a broken $395 computer. Will update if anything changes. And please, Orditech. Just stop cutting corners. These bad reviews will go away as long as you give good service. Stop making people pay a premium for old hardware. Please stop replacing new parts with old parts. Please don't make me pay $20 for trans.

  One star is being generous. They knowingly sold me a laptop with a defective battery, missing parts, and with a bad graphics card. They do not communicate, do not keep their word about getting back to you, and near as I can tell are incompetent to actually do work on your computer. They have limited equipment and their work area is a mess. I have rarely been so disappointed in a business. If they don
