::This was the best workout I have ever done and I have done a lot. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like one of the family. The desk staff were so welcoming and the Owner I think her name was Karin was so bubbly and full of energy that I was totally pumped up for the workout. The coach was so attentive checking in with me during workout and adjusting form on the rower and weights. Can't wait for next class.
