  Alain Assedo is one of my favorite place to shop at. The owner is clearly passionate; he is connected with his customers, connected with his staff and connected with the market trends. I love shopping there and I definitely recommend.

  I've been a client of Mr. Assedo for more then 10 years now. I always appreciated their work with their customers. Yes it might seem expensive, but Mr. Assedo and his team are worth the extra buck. He saved me many times with spare contact boxes right before a trip when I would forget to order my contact lenses on time (or they would be late). He is always straight up with you about what he can offer you as a service, yes I can do this or no I cannot do this. I recently tried to go to another optician's office and I was sorely disappointed, the other optician give me the wrong prescription, they didn't want to make my glasses with a custom frame that I didn't buy in their store (saying they're not responsible if it breaks, etc.) and finally I went to Alain Assedo and again Mr. Assedo and his team save the day! They accepted my frame (not purchased in their store) to make my glasses. Some might think that they do not have a large selection of frames, but I would say that the frames in store a very trendy and up to date on latest fashion and good quality. All in all, I do recommend this store mostly because I love the service their, and of course everything else is a bonus. Go team Assedo!

  Alain, Celine, and Olivier were very helpful with the purchase of lenses for my frames. They were prompt in answering my many inquiries patiently and always followed up with a friendly phone call. The shop has a small-town family feel, it's no wonder why customers pass by just to say hello! Many thanks to Dr. Myara! She was caring, methodical and extremely attentive.
