::One of my acrylics was lifting a week or so after getting them done. A lady used plastic pieces to "snap" the acrylic off. Well it ripped my nail off. The ACTUAL nail. She wanted to use the plastic pieces to snap the others off and I refused and asked to get the other acrylics acetone. Never getting acrylics again.

::People over there are very stupid and not professional at all! All they want is there money! custumer service is -20 not even 0 because they don't know what is that! My sister did me a surprise for my birthday and went there with me just to have a manucure before going to restaurant! The lady over there was disrespectful! Even I told her I didn't like the color cause the Nail polish wasn't good and wanted to remove it she didn't even wanted me to have the remover and do it myself! When I took it and removed it she was asking me To pay her I told her she needed to redo it but didn't want! And when it was the time to pay her, my sister gave her the tip on the top of all theses stupid things she just left the tip on the table and was almost through it on me!! I took it back!! Not recommanded!! They have bad attitude and bad services there! They need to change their nail polishes too!!

::Downgraded to three stars. There are only 2 or 3 nail technicians who do a proper job. Everybody else cuts corners and don't do all the steps in the removal/application of Shellac or the manicure itself. A go to place for a quick Shellac. A few things could be done better. I've had amazingly precise application by a male technician and the mediocre applications. It's quick and convenient in the Galleries de Hull. Best to make an appointment.

::Not recommended, everytime different price, over charges, poor inventory for the price, rude employees, they makes you feel inconfortable specially if you ask for clarification.. I wish I left before starting
