  Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Despite them knowing there were 3 guests we were only given 2 sets of towels. The temperature control is in the main bedroom and so is the heater so when the door is closed, the guest on the pull out couch got incredibly cold. No extra linens in the room, had to be ordered up to the room. Only had valet parking which was $50 a night. The valets were very nice but would have liked the option to not have to rely on a valet service for the parking. Convenient location along The Path.

  The customer service was great :) the rooms are beautiful and the bed was amazing. The rooms were great but the elevator was old actually was very old! The bar pop and water was so expensive! Bottle of water and can of pop 17$ the view from the room was pretty good. And it’s near nice restaurants. Overall I would stay at this place

  Terrible experience here. The two males at the front desk were persistently harassing my guests and myself. They wouldn't even let us sit on the couches in the lobby even though we had a room there. They told us to leave the area in order to seat other guests. They were also counting how many people were going in with us even though over 50 teenagers were loitering in the lobby and going into the rooms in groups.They told us only 4 people could be in the rooms yet there were two very loud parties on our floor. Our room door was also somehow wide open with items missing after we went out and came back to the hotel which leads me to believe that the staff went in there after they saw us leaving the hotel because they tracked everything we did throughout our stay there. The rooms are also overpriced, small and basic. The images on Expedia are of their residence suites. Will not be returning or recommending. Learn how to treat your guests.

  I stayed here for 3 nights in two different rooms and found it to be an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the decor, and the size of the rooms. I also found the rooms to be in better condition than some other hotels downtown. The direct access to the underground PATH and metro is definitely a perk. There's a Starbucks conveniently located across the street and sit-down and fast food restaurants nearby. The lobby has a darker, old-school 'lounge' type of vibe I liked. One room I was in had the 'Atrium View' which at least on the floor I was on may as well have been 'no view' since I was looking out into a very dark area on the inside of the hotel. In this room when I woke up in the morning I thought it was still dark out, despite the fact that it was bright and sunny outside. I would recommend a non 'atrium view' unless you don't mind a lack of natural light.

  I wanted to love this hotel. It is beautiful, the rooms are great, and it has an awesome location. Unfortunately we had such an awful experience with a staff member here I don’t think I’d ever return. I was accused of being a call girl, stopped and held from going to the elevators to return to my room. I was not dressed inappropriately, and even if I was to be treated that way was disgusting and humiliating. I had to wait for my husband who was a few steps behind me to show our key before I was allowed forward. I was sober, dressed modestly and simply returning from a concert.
