  I've found that the quality of the clothing at old navy has always been sub par. I thought that id give them another chance but I found that the service is now sub par.

  Prices are better than the one at Scarborough Town Centre.

  Over the years this location has gone downhill. The store is always messy. Whenever there is a sale or a promotion they never have adequate stock levels. If you do not go there as soon as the store opens you will not get the item that is advertised on sale. The quality of clothing has also gone down. The designs of their clothing are also not very appealing over the last couple of years. I've also noticed that the sizing of their clothing has changed. They seem to run a lot larger than they used to. The last few times I was there, there was problems with their signage in the store. Sale items were not clearly marked. I've also observed other customers at the lineup saying the same thing to the cashiers and trying to dispute prices and signage that we're not clearly marked or marked incorrectly. My experience at the checkout was less than desirable. The cashier that served me and the other cashiers that we're checking out other people seem to have attitude problems and did not seem to care too much for their job or the customer they were servicing. At the end of my transaction, I asked the cashier where my super cash was. My purchase qualified for $10 of super cash. She just threw it in the bag and said whatever it's not important anyways. Some of the staff is definitely lacking experience and require more training on their product knowledge and how to interact with customers in a professional and respectful matter. This also applies to the manager of the store that seems to lack proper etiquette for the customers that keep the business running. Unfortunately these types of employees will now be making $14 or $15 an hour thanks to the government. Those type of wages should be earned through experience and years of dedicated service. Minimum-wage equals minimum skills. $14 or $15 an hour is not a wage of somebody who only has minimum skills or no skills at all. Shopping goes beyond just purchasing something, you also pay for the customer experience and in this case I am definitely not getting my moneys worth when shopping at this location. In the end myself and everybody else will be paying higher prices for those products so that those inexperienced people who have no skills or are just working there first job can get the $14 or $15 an hour.

  Was the first customer in today, and the store was TRASHED. A huge mess. The back to school signage wasn't up and I was trying to find the shirts that were on sale and couldn't find anything as all the signage was wrong and the store was just a disaster. Save your time and go somewhere else.
