  It was OK Jokes aside: friendly service, good waiting area, I appreciate the open concept of the shop, letting you sneak a peek at your vehicle as it's being serviced. Would come again.

  I've always received great service. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and the options you have for tires.

  Got me in quickly for an alignment, observed other issues with the car and made me aware of them without being pushy to fix it. No offer of a ride anywhere while being serviced but it was only an hour wait and just down from McDonald's

  I found myself in a real predicament last night when I pulled into town on my way home to Fairbanks, AK. My brakes started squealing when I went thru Jasper Nat'l Park, so when I got to Prince George late last night I pulled into OK Tire to check on their hours, and my minivan completely died, right there in the lot. No warning whatsoever. My dogs and I were so exhausted after driving 15 hours that day that we slept in the van right there, hoping to get squeezed in in the morning. Next day found them to be booked solid thru the following week, as was every other shop I called. And me with very little money to get home on, let alone pay for a motel for several days and car repair. I explained my predicament to Rob, one of the mechanics, and he took it upon himself to diagnose and then fix the problems regardless of how busy they already were (timing belt and water pump were shot, even though they weren't due for another 30,000 miles; and also rear pads). These guys were beyond SWAMPED at their very popular business,but still made time to completely save the day; I would've been in terrible shape without them!!!!
