  Octopus Garden is one of the best yoga studios in Toronto. The teachers here really care about your practice and are amazing at guiding you through yoga at every level to assure you're not hurting yourself! And it's such a beautiful space, big windows that are awesome for sunset yoga. Highly recommend!!

  Always love coming here, the teachers are great and the flow of the classes are always on point. Came today for the first time in about 5 months and paid $28.25 for one-hour class. You just priced me out of coming to a class:( super sad, it’s just too much.

  We reviewed Octopus Garden Yoga Centre and attended the Flow Level 2-3 Class on a Saturday. We loved the fact that it's a full wellness centre, that they strive to provide a safe space for inquiry, practice, community and healing, and that their prices are reasonable and location somewhat central.
