  Clean and perfect for a staycation!

  The place was clean and suite architecture was unexpectedly good; let’s say mesmerizing. The space is generously large. It is a good place to reside in for weeks to months. However, if you like us are choosing between hotel and obasa suites for a short stay, there are things you must know: 1. Sofas are old and leather is breaking and falling. If you are caring about beauty, sofas are really looking bad. 2. Dishes are old with lots of scratches on each. It says a lot about what Obasa’s managerial thinks about the guests. 3. The complementary gym membership that was supposed to be a part of the whole package, was absent. It was not even provided after making phone calls and after an agent verbally promised us to hand the cards the day after. Thus we paid for the gym for 3 days in a row! So so disrespectfully unprofessional of them!!! 4. WiFi connection is below average. It is slow and disconnecting frequently especially inside the rooms, away from living room area. Again for a short stay, if you are not desperate for a large living space, don’t think about Obasa suits; the service is disrespectful.

  I recently stayed at the Hallmark and I have to say the customer service that the Obasa staff provided was exceptional not to mention the view from the balcony was second to none. The beds are very comfortable and the suite was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Saskatoon.
