  Came in for brunch on Sunday. Nice location with a pleasant atmosphere and the food was great, but the service was not impressive. Our server, Becca, left half way through our meal. There was no communication that we were being transferred over to the manager, our waters weren't filled and we weren't asked if we needed more drinks (by either). Some of the food came out cold, and the manager didn't come over to check on us until we were almost done eating. I would give it another chance because the food was really good, FOH staff not so much.

  went for supper and drink had a beer and every 2 min was ask if ready to eat . ordered then i never seen any one soup was ok No crackers and not once did i get a water nice place food good just missing the basic

  Nice peaceful environment here. Nicely greeted and treated by staff. Didn’t have to wait from order taking to order delivering. Food was good, felt like missing few spices. I think better to tell them to make it extra spicy according to your taste. It was affordable and wide range of alcoholic drinks. Overall it’s good to dine in there Thanks

  I have to Oakroom a few times and have never been satisfied enough to return. This last time will certainly be the last. The food is great but every time I have came in the atmosphere was very unprofessional. the first time I came in was for a staff party. It took the waitress 20 minutes to ask if I wanted anything to drink and the food took another hour to receive as well. Every time I looked over at her she was flirting with the manager. The second time I came in with my wife and was seated in the lounge, which have very nice and comfy chairs and a great view of the TV..BUT I could not enjoy my conversation and meal with my wife because all I could here was the manager yelling at his staff incredibly loud the whole time we were there. The third and final time we were there was a few days ago and the service was horrible. The staff seemed completely untrained and looked like they were terrified every time I looked over at them. It definitly seems that something strange is going on at Oakroom and I will not be back, that’s for sure.

  I'll tell you right now, it's was our first visit here and I will need to return there. It was my and I first mini-date in sometime as we have 2 children and don't get much alone time. Friendly service from the wait- staff along with a quick turnaround time as per kitchen to table. The food as I had the Halibut special, AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST! Lived it! Definitely worth every penny!
