  Helpful and friendly staff. Fair prices and extremely knowledgeable employees. I like how they weren't pushy and dominating the conversation. Definitely feel appreciated not pressured into buying non-essentials.

  I bought new fridge stove dishwasher 2 lazyboy chairs. when we went to look at appliances how great the service is if it breaks big lie bran new top of the life GE broke down three times . still not fixed solution make me call GE instead of them since they sold it to me. what do I get GE giving me a hard time over replacing a lemon that broke down three time . that what you get when you get the Nortre dame boys no help at all Just lip service

  I was shopping here for recliners and was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Gave me a great deal. They had the chairs I was looking for and had it in their warehouse and delivered it the next day. The delivery guys set everything up in no time at all. They also took away the old chairs and saved me a trip to the dump. An all around good experience.

  Salesman very helpful as we were from out of town and had a medical appointment. We chose a LaZboy chair. Unfortunately after little use the edge seat cushion was sinking.... we phoned, wrote with photos and visited the store and the person in charge of such things took the time to show us on another similar chair what had happened; suggested something we could try, which we did. He said he would check with the manufacturer. A month or so later we received a call that LaZboy was replacing the seat portion and at no cost for the replacement or the labour. This was not the fault of the store but a design feature (or flaw in my opinion) so we feel the store did the best they could. We are satisfied and in future would choose an electric recliner with a different type of padding, to suit our needs. Trust me, if I had a complaint I would not hesitate to state it but I must say this was first purchase at this store and we felt our issue was handled very well and would go back.
