  How is this place even open? Apparently a two hour wait we're all told by someone whos got time to play on their phone. I dont have 2 hours, just enough time to post this and leave.

  Doctor did not introduce himself when he walked in, he did not understand what the iIwas trying to tell him. Made me very frustrated. Did not listen to what I told him, seemed like he wanted to just get out of there. Would not recommend going to Norwood medical if you actually want information, maybe if you just want to waste your time.

  A friend recommended the clinic because she said the wait is never very long. I called and asked if I should make an appointment and the receptionist was very helpful. I was seen the same day, the wait wasn't long. I had bloodwork done immediately and my problems were assessed as well as a follow-up booked.

  I don't even know why the doctors here are practitioners. This is a joke in the system. Went here to see a female doctor, and after waiting for an hour and a half, an old male doctor came to see me for my breast exam, which I wasn't comfortable with. After expressing my concern that I wanted a female doctor to do my breast exam, he got mad at me (yes, he reprimanded me like he was so disappointed at me) and told me I should've asked specifically for a female doctor, and told him I did but the receptionists weren't paying attention. I was told later on that the female doctor wasn't available that day. Wasted over an hour waiting for nothing.

  They say online they’re open at 9 AM on Saturdays when you show up there’s a sign in the window that says they open at 10 on Saturdays. Then, when you come back at 10, the receptionist tells you that the doctors arrive “around 11.” When I asked her about the sign saying 10 and that it really needs to be fixed, she said, “oh, they know, they tell us to just apologize and make people wait .” There are plenty of other walk-in clinics, Google another one, don’t give this place your business.
