  It is one of worst and terrible place I have ever seen . Unprofessional and unethical attitude of the staff and doctor. I wish I could give zero rating . Don’t trust these people especially staff someone lost her job by trusting them . Never recommend anyone to have treatment from here .

  Had a C02 Fractional Laser procedure done. Staff was so welcoming and Dr. Genesis was so kind and caring. I have dropped in at the clinic a few times after the procedure, and everyone is so kind and thoughtful. Huge raves to Dr Genesis and her staff.!!

  I wish I could give 1/4 stars. The amount of disrespect and down right mistreatment I had at this place blows my mind. I had no idea the doctor was unsure about my treatment but instead of telling me she might not treat me, she let me wait in a room for almost 2 hours saying she'd be there in a few minutes. Then after she refused treatment! In what world is this an acceptable way to treat someone. I thought she was with a client but she was sitting at her desk the entire time in room right next to where I was waiting. Researching and calling scientists. If you are doing this you need to communicate to your client. She even froze my lips and that's why I thought she was about to treat me! But no communication she just sat at her desk and never told me she was unsure about my treatment. How dare anyone treat me like this. So unprofessional and absolutely rediculous behavior from I assumed was an adult and maybe even a I don't know what title she has. But it seems she isn't all there in her head at all. Something is wrong in there. My first time I got lip filler she bruised my lips so bad and they were bruised for 3 days. I went to another clinic in saskatoon and had ZERO bruising and was able to go back to work just like normal the next day no extra make up required!!!!

  Wish I can give her no stars. Doctor Rose is a terrible person and has a fake demeanor. She gives discounts to customers who write good reviews online! Don't trust them.

  I have been a client of Dr. Genesis for over 10 years. Her staff and facility make me feel at ease. Her knowledge and wide array of services makes it easy for me to deal with several issues at one place. I trust Dr. Genesis and appreciate that we have someone of her caliber in our community. Thank-you Doctor Genesis and all staff at Nirvana!
