  I was at the High Commission to renew my passport and as usual expected crappy service from the personnel. But I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and courteousness from everyone at the embassy and not to talk of the fast service rendered. I signed in at the embassy at 09:00 and left at 11:20 with my new passport. Thanks to everyone responsible for this leap and hope this would be replicated at all Nigerian missions around the world.

  The staffs at the embassy were wonderful and understanding. Passport was issued within two hours. May God bless you all.

  These new crew of staff working at the Nigerian Embassy in Ottawa were impressive, their service was fantastic. I came from Calgary and got my passport renewed the same day. Who says Nigeria can't be a better place. No matter what I will always be proud of you guys. You all did a great job. Kudos!

  Took me three hours start to finish. Quite an efficient service. The payment system still not great and they could do with more Canada wide services because traveling to Ottawa is expensive. All in all a good professional service

  Commend the effort of the passport issuing department,the leadership and the entire crew that have put in place systems , and human processes that produce efficiency. I flew from San Francisco to ottawa,got in at about 12 noon and by 1 pm i was out the door with a renewed passport.My goodness !. I was very impressed with the sharp passport officers at the desk and the photo/finger print terminals.Awesome team ! We were ushered through the green white green banner at the door entrance into a red carpet office ha ha ha...... under relaxed and easy conditions. It was excellent service delivery! Awesome improvement ! Thankyou.!
