A horrible experience. Will never set foot in this place again. Had a pair of jeans that both pockets needed repairs to the top of (due to fraying). Talked through with the woman there, what I wanted done, and she said 'No, you can only have new pockets put in'. Okay, the agreement was to put in new front pockets, and come back in about a week. Went to pick them up and she tried very hard to just get me to pay for the work and take them sight unseen (hung up as if they had been cleaned). I insisted on taking them out and looking at the work. Well, she had put in pockets that were almost double the size of the original pockets and had reduced the size of top, so I could barely squeeze my hand in. I said 'these are not like the original pockets and are too big'. "These are better' she tells me and that I should just take them, while completely blowing me off. I insisted that they were too big, so she runs to her sewing machine, runs one line of stitching halfway 'down' in the pocket, cuts off the now leftover cloth and tells me 'take these'. By this point, I am p*ssed and I am telling her I asked for replacement pockets, not just any old thing and she continues to blow me off, telling me she's been in business for 17 years and she knows better. Then she is insisting I pay for the work. I ended up cutting up the jeans in front of her. Rude, obnoxious, and treating me as if I were a moron, all the hall marks of a successful business owner (I think not....).

have gone to this dry-cleaner 3 times, the first 2 times I was very happy, I took in expensive silk dresses and I only have them cleaned never pressed, she only charged me $10 each, which I thought was amazing and she did a good job, my dresses were hung nicely on the hanger in bags. Last week I dropped off 3 dresses and a top and it was her husband who took my order and I again explained that they were to be cleaned and not pressed. When I went in today, my dresses were cleaned and thrown into a paper bag, they were totally wrinkled, my dresses are quite expensive. When I phoned back to complain, Anna said it was my fault as I only wanted them cleaned. I asked her why if the other 2 times I took my dresses into be cleaned they were put on hanger, she kept yelling at me that it was my fault. I ended up hanging up on her and she called me back 2 times to yell at me and tell me it was my fault. I had to threaten to call the police if she did not stop calling me to yell at me. This was a horrible experience.

I had a terrible experience here. Dropped my silk dress off on Monday, and was assured it would be ready on Wednesday. Went to pick it up Thursday morning, only to find out that they've "misplaced" it. The woman looked around for 30 minutes, going through tons of dirty clothes, without any luck. Then she tells me that it was supposed to be ready for NEXT Wednesday. Total BS - it does not take 10 days to dry clean one dress. I explained to her, that no, it was to be ready the day before. She got her husband from the back and he started to look as well. He tells me that I should come back some other time, since they can't find it "right now". At this point, I was still very calm, but asked him what the policy is when they lose a customer's clothes - he starts yelling at me, telling me how dirty the dress was (there wasn't even a single stain on the dress), and it's not their fault they have to wash it many times and that's why they can't find it now. He says that I'm overreacting and he'll call me when he finds it. I tried to explain that I was concerned since it was an expensive dress and just wanted to know the policy, to which he yells that I'm too sensitive over "just a dress" and that I've made a scene. In the end, I said I would be back tomorrow to get the dress. They ended up calling and leaving a message that night, right before closing, to tell me they found the dress. When I went to pick it up today, I asked for a discount, and he started screaming and yelling at me, telling me that it was my fault it wasn't ready yesterday, because I should have picked it up Wednesday, and that it was extremely dirty. When I went to look at the dress, he practically tackled me to the ground, ripping the hanger from my hands, yelling bloody murder that I was stealing "their dress" from them. Then his wife came running from the back and also grabbed me, pushed me, and scratched me. When I asked them to take their hands off me and let me go, they blocked the door and told me they were calling the police. At that point, I also called the police, because a physical altercation had transpired, and I was bleeding from being scratched. While I waited outside for the police to arrive, the woman kept coming outside and taking videos of me and my boyfriend, accusing us of trespassing on their property (we were on the sidewalk). Overall, the police settled the dispute, but the owners of this place are horrible people - extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. The fact that this man thinks it's okay to put his hands on his customers has me completely bewildered.

I've been using this place for years now and they are always quick and the price is right. Also, the owner lady can do small alterations and hemming which comes in handy.
